If you have a question about eating disorders, Dr. Daryl Ternowski can help. Dr. Ternowski is a Registered Psychologist who works with people with eating disorders. He provides an e-mail information service through the Looking Glass Foundation, in which he answers e-mail questions focused on eating disorders. You can expect Dr. Ternowski to respond to your e-mail questions within a few days.

Dr. Ternowski will also be facilitating a group for individuals (17 years and older) struggling with disordered eating and want to gain a better understanding of the role/function of their eating disorder, discuss thoughts about change, and explore factors that influence readiness to make changes. It will also offer concrete ideas of how some people replace eating disorder behaviors, and will help people identify and challenge myths around health and eating.
