If you have a question about eating disorders Dr. Laird Birmingham can help. Dr. Birmingham is a Professor of Psychiatry at UBC and Fellow of the Academy of Eating Disorders. He will provide his expert advice within a few days of your request, and of course, no treatment or medical advice will be given.

Calling all volunteers! Are you a compassionate individual who is interested in becoming a part of the Looking Glass helping community? Are you hoping to gain experience in the mental health or eating disorders fields? We are currently recruiting ONLINE SUPPORT GROUP FACILITATORS for 2012. As an online support group facilitator, you will play the vital and privileged role of leading the various online support groups that Looking Glass offers. You will receive ample training that will give you the tools to feel confident inhabiting this important role. Come join our team, gain valuable experience, and make a difference! New Group Starting!
Balanced - A support group for women with eating disorders.
This ten week recovery-based support group funded by The Looking Glass Foundation takes place in Langley. Charmaine Hutchinson, a registered Psychiatric Nurse who's recovered from an eating disorder, has created a place to come for support, hope, and to learn new skills to move forward.
