What We Do
Since 2002, the Looking Glass Foundation has been helping countless people and families get to the other side of eating disorders. As much as we have been able to accomplish, so much more needs to be done.
People suffering from this disease, or who care about someone who is, need a community of support to fall back on. From the earliest intervention, through all the paths of recovery, through to sustained relapse prevention, eating disorders take hard work and commitment to overcome.
Today, while building on our established programming, the Looking Glass Foundation continues to innovate entirely new approaches to support that will fill gaps in existing services and create meaningful pathways between treatment options — so that those affected by this devastating disease are never entirely without support.
We organize our initiatives on two critical fronts: curtailing the rampant escalation of eating disorders through meaningful prevention and early intervention; and ensuring that those who are suffering have the access to support, recovery, and sustained relapse prevention help that they need.
This is the Looking Glass community we are continuing to build. With your help, and our gratitude.
