When making a gift of securities to the Looking Glass Foundation, you eliminate the capital gains tax you’d have to pay if you sold appreciated securities, and you receive a charitable tax receipt for your donation.

- Specific bequest: a gift of a fixed amount of cash or a particular asset
- Percentage share: a gift of a percentage of the whole estate
- Contingent bequest: a gift that will take effect only in the event of the prior death of other named beneficiaries

“I have been so lucky to have such a positive and supportive group alongside me every step of the way. I am so appreciative to be amongst a house full of (residents) who are able to be vulnerable all day and yet always be up for a good laugh … I admire how each and every one of you radiates such greatness in different ways. I have learned so much from each of (you) and am forever grateful.” - Former Resident
