Eating Disorder Awareness Week (EDAW) runs February 1–7, uniting communities across Canada to raise awareness and drive action on eating disorders.
Eating disorders affect people of all genders, ages, abilities, races, and backgrounds. During EDAW, organizations come together to educate, share supports, and advocate for change.
This year’s theme,
Health Doesn’t Have a Look, challenges diet culture and weight stigma while promoting body respect and inclusion.
Developed in collaboration with NEDIC and eating disorder organizations nationwide.
