Be Kind To Your Mind this summer by treating yourself to some fun in the sun for an important cause!

Join us on Tuesday, August 29 at Container Brewing for Be Kind To Your Mind; a community summer fundraiser in support of Looking Glass Foundation. 

Through the generosity of donations, t-shirt sales, half-marathon runs and events, the community fundraiser has raised over $20,000 to support life-changing programs and resources for local mental health organizations such as Defeat Depression Canada, Mental Health Association and St. Paul's Foundation.

We are so honoured that Be Kind To Your Mind has chosen to support Looking Glass Foundation for the second year in a row! A huge thank you to one of our active program volunteers and the Founder of Be Kind To Your Mind, Christina. Christina has seen firsthand the compassion and courage of our participants and she is honoured to be able to give back in any way she can.

Funds raised will directly support our programs and services accessed by over 200 individuals per year. Together this summer, we can spread kindness, reduce stigma, and help those affected by eating disorders receive the crucial support they deserve.

Location: Container Brewing - 1216 Franklin St, Vancouver BC 

Ticket Price: $25.00 

Our ticket holders can expect a complimentary beverage courtesy of Container Brewing plus a discounted rate on beverages and brewery merchandise during the event, opportunity to enter our 50/50 cash raffle & prize draw, local live music, food truck and snack options, plus the chance to connect with our Looking Glass Community!

Donations

Looking Glass Foundation is always accepting donations and truly appreciates the support from our community - any amount counts! Your contribution of $20 or greater is eligible for a charitable tax receipt.

Every dollar raised will go directly towards Looking Glass Foundation's programs and services that instill hope, decrease isolation and sustain recovery for individuals across British Columbia who are impacted by eating disorders.
