Our hearts are full after another incredible evening at the 4th annual Be Kind to Your Mind Summer Fundraiser! On Wednesday, July 23, our community gathered at Container Brewing for a joyful evening of connection, live music, and shared purpose—all in support of eating disorder recovery.

Thanks to the generosity of our guests, raffle participants, donors, and sponsors, we raised over $8,025 to help sustain Looking Glass Foundation’s free, accessible programs for individuals impacted by eating disorders across British Columbia.

This annual event began as a heartfelt initiative from longtime Looking Glass volunteer Christina Kouvousis, and has grown into a meaningful summer tradition—bringing together our community to be kind to their minds, and to each other.

I’m honoured to celebrate the 10th year of Be Kind to Your Mind and our 4th year partnering with Looking Glass. What started as a small event with family and friends, has grown to an annual fundraiser. The new connections that have formed has been the most incredible bonus. Thank you to the Be Kind community for raising vital funds and awareness for eating disorders.”

– Christina, Founder of Be Kind To Your Mind

Thank You

To every guest, volunteer, donor, and business who made this evening possible—thank you. Your support is helping break down barriers and create more compassionate, inclusive support for those on their recovery journey.
